We offer a wide variety of benefits, because we believe that good, hard work should be rewarded.


Full-time employees and their dependents are eligible for group medical, dental and vision the first of the month following their employment date.  Zero Mountain, Inc. pays approximately 75% of the employee’s medical premium.

Employees are eligible for company paid life insurance with an option to purchase additional life insurance and supplemental insurances.

Employees are eligible for 401k after one year of employment (must work 1000 hours).  Entry dates at January 1 and July 1 of each year.  Employees are matched 1-for-1 throughout the year, up to 5%.  Additionally, the Board of Directors votes each year to provide another 1-for-1 match, up to 5%.  This provides each employee with a 2-for-1 match or 10%, if employees contribute 5%.  Further information will be provided prior to your eligibility date.

Vacation – Employees are provided 1 week after 1 year of employment; 2 weeks for 2-4 years; 3 weeks after 5 years; and 4 weeks after 15 years.

PTO – Employees accrue time beginning after 90 days of continuous full-time employment.  They will receive 2 days after 90 days and then 2 days at the first of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October).

Each full time employee will receive 6 paid holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Freezerwear will be provided.

Boot allowance up to $150 for safety-toed footwear once/year.
